The Compliments Buffalo Style Chicken Wings from Sobey's stores (across Canada) are above-average size wings at over 8cm long (about 3 inches) and 5cm wide (about 2 inches thick). They come frozen in boxes of just-under-1kg, stating there are always more than 17 wings per box.

With lots of juicy meat on them, keep some napkins handy for the generous amount of zesty Hot Sauce that they are seasoned with. The sauce is a 'Frank's Red Hot-like' sauce with a nice little kick to it (the normal person's nose will run in about 3 wings). You don't even have to add any real Frank's to make it more enjoyable, although you can of course!
Not seeming oily, but for nit-pickers it was a little 'gristly' in some wings and there are some portions that are parts of wings (large part of the drumstick but no end, etc) but those things only occur every few boxes and overall they are good quality, medium-large wings. The cooking instructions [only reheating actually, they are pre-cooked] have a step or two more than some other packaged wings, but nothing too serious. They can be easily reheated in the microwave.

With a good amout of tasty sauce on top of good-sized (larger than average) wings, my compliments to Compliments brand Buffalo Style Chicken Wings! Bravo!
