These medium-sized wings with a good amount of meat on them were deepfried and put on the grill as well, according to the waiter (if I remember correctly).
They were a little drier than most wings due to the cooking method and light breading, but they also had a nice taste from the grilling, with some blackened areas where they were lightly kissed by the flames. Not much heat, but it built up after a while. Your nose would run after about 5-6 wings. Even the Take-Out version comes with Ranch Dip and some celery sticks in a black container. I look forward to trying their other flavours and cooking types in the future.
